I am a relatively new customer of Royal Palm Optical. When I initially called to make an appointment, Rhonda was very friendly and spoke with me like she had known me for a while. My meeting with Dr. Hangman, the optometrist, and my various meetings with Mary and Jan, were all great experiences. Each time I walked into the office they welcomed me by calling my name. The service is personal and staff is great.
